  2. We'll connect you with one of our agents with our leasing and sales subsidiary, Peake Real Estate Group LLC, to meet at the property. They'll answer any additional questions, give suggestions on upgrades to house (if necessary) , give you an idea of rental pricing and help you complete the paperwork.


Speaking of the paperwork, you can find it all here. It can all be filled out and signed electronically.


After that, it's on autopilot and we organize everything for you, from professional photos, estimates for work to be done, marketing onto the lease.


Once a property is under lease, you'll have a dedicated property manager. No impersonal call center at Peake! We firmly believe it's to our client's advantage to work with someone who has seen and knows your property. With an average tenure of over 15 years, you shouldn't see change in your property manager.
